Dr Alvina Lee – Veterinarian

I’m very excited to be part of the team here at Dr Paws Lane Cove! I grew up in Hong Kong and moved to Sydney to pursue my veterinary studies, graduating from the University of Sydney. I have a strong passion for small animal medicine, with particular interests in dermatology and soft tissue surgery.

One of my favourite parts of being a vet is getting to know pet owners and sharing helpful and practical advice. I believe education is a key part of veterinary care and I enjoy working closely with them as a team to provide the best support for their beloved fur babies.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and exploring new interests. I also love spending time with my dog (Duffy) and hunting down tasty food spots!

Dr Kirsten Wan- Veterinarian

I graduated from the University of Sydney in late 2023 and have worked in small animal practice ever since.

I enjoy all aspects of general practice since the start of my career. I especially love getting to know both my patients and their families, and I’m passionate about providing thoughtful, compassionate care at every stage of their lives.

I have a growing interest in diagnostic imaging and enjoy how it helps guide clearer diagnoses and better treatment plans for my patients.Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with my 2 year-old British Shorthair, Queso, who keeps life entertaining.

Outside of work, I love cooking, café hopping, and dancing.

Rosie de Haast- Practice Manager

I have recently joined the team at Dr Paws Lane Cove and cannot wait to play a part in providing the best care for your pets and you! I have had a lifelong love and passion for animals and feel so lucky to have the opportunity to now spend all day, every day with them.

In the near future, I’m hoping to adopt my own fur baby as an addition to the family.

I have worked as a veterinary nurse since graduating in 2021. I love all animals which is the reason I joined the profession and love all aspects of the job. I moved to Sydney from Ireland in March 2023 and joined the team at Dr Paws soon after.

I now have 2 lovely cats, Tilly and Otis, who keep me company while my dog Lila remains in Ireland. I spend my free time exploring Sydney and the surrounding beaches.

Carly Davy – Senior Veterinary Nurse

I’m very excited to be part of an industry where I can help animals every day, and am looking forward to meeting all of your pets! I have a little ginger rescue kitten named Henry who has just turned one. He is my pride and joy. You’ll commonly find him lazing about the house or taking up all the room on the bed.

In my spare time I enjoy getting out of the city to explore the local National Parks, going to the beach, and travelling up the coast to visit my family.
